Ultimus Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and develop Ultimus workflows and business-process applications.Configure, enhance, and troubleshoot workflows and applications.Troubleshoot workflow, application, and integration issues.Support integrations between Ultimus and external systems or enterprise applications.Participate in releases, upgrades, testing, deployment, and disaster recovery (DR) activities.Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Support regression testing and post-deployment validation.Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.Coordinate with business users, application teams, infrastructure, security, and vendors as required.Required Education & QualificationsBCs. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.3+ Yrs. of relevant experience with the Ultimus platform.Hands-on experience in workflow and business-process application development.Experience integrating Ultimus with external entities and enterprise systems.Experience in production support, incident troubleshooting, and problem resolution.Understanding of disaster recovery (DR), high availability, and business continuity requirements.Experience supporting upgrades, deployments, configuration changes, and regression testing.Technical & Professional CapabilitiesAbility to work effectively in enterprise production and managed-services environments.Ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Ability to participate in controlled change, release, and deployment activities.Ability to support system/platform upgrades, including preparation, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade validation.Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.Ability to coordinate effectively with business users, technical teams, security, infrastructure, and vendors.Ability to work in accordance with established IT service-management and change-management processes.
