Ultrasound Sonographer / RadiographerSANFI Diagnostics | Blanchardstown, Dublin, IrelandFull-time | On-siteAbout SANFI DiagnosticsSANFI Diagnostics is a new private diagnostic imaging service based in Blanchardstown, Dublin, focused on providing high-quality, patient-centred ultrasound and diagnostic imaging services.As we establish our service, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Ultrasound Sonographer / Radiographer to join our clinical team and play an important role in building our ultrasound service.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced sonographer/radiographer with strong clinical ultrasound skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.Our service will include a broad range of ultrasound examinations, with a particular focus on obstetric and gynaecological imaging, including 3D/4D fetal ultrasound.The successful candidate will work primarily with a GE Voluson S8 ultrasound system and should be comfortable working independently while maintaining high clinical and professional standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a broad range of diagnostic ultrasound examinations to a high clinical standard.Perform obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound examinations, including 3D/4D fetal imaging.Perform general ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, small parts and other relevant studies.Utilise Doppler and other appropriate ultrasound techniques where clinically indicated.Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation.Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and referring clinicians.Ensure patient safety, dignity and confidentiality throughout the examination.Maintain equipment and report any technical or clinical concerns appropriately.Work in accordance with relevant Irish professional and clinical standards.Contribute to the development of SANFI Diagnostics as the service grows.Essential RequirementsRelevant qualification in Radiography, Medical Ultrasound or equivalent.Current CORU registration or eligibility for registration, where applicable.Demonstrable clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound.Strong experience in obstetric and/or gynaecological ultrasound.Experience with 3D/4D fetal ultrasound is highly desirable.Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Strong commitment to clinical quality and patient care.Right to work in Ireland.Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience with GE Voluson ultrasound systems, particularly the Voluson S8 or similar platforms.General abdominal and pelvic ultrasound.Small-parts and thyroid ultrasound.Vascular/Doppler ultrasound.Musculoskeletal ultrasound.Experience working within a private diagnostic imaging environment.What We OfferFull-time employment with SANFI Diagnostics.Opportunity to join a new and growing private diagnostic service.Modern ultrasound equipment, including a GE Voluson S8.Opportunity to develop and contribute to the growth of the ultrasound service.Competitive remuneration based on experience.Professional and supportive working environment.LocationBlanchardstown, Dublin, IrelandThis is an on-site, full-time position based in Blanchardstown, Dublin.How to ApplyIf you are an experienced sonographer/radiographer interested in joining SANFI Diagnostics, we would be pleased to hear from you.Please apply through LinkedIn with your CV and a brief overview of your ultrasound experience, areas of clinical expertise, CORU registration status and availability.SANFI DiagnosticsBlanchardstown, Dublin, Ireland
