The ideal candidate should have proven experience implementing, and supporting AVAYA Aura solutions , Cisco unified communications , Session boarder controllers and contact center is a plus, with a strong background in telecommunications and related technologies. This role involves working closely with clients to solve complex technical issues ,applying change requests ,implementation and support phases of projects.Must Haves:Experience working with unified communication , call center systems .Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and WAN technologies.Technical Certifications from Avaya , Cisco , Genesys .,etc.Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
