Uniform Operations Coordinator – International Sporting Event

Position: Workforce Uniform Operations Coordinator – Major Sporting EventContract Duration: Nov 2026 - Jan 2027/Feb 2027 ( 3 months contract)Location: Jeddah (Candidates based in KSA will only be preferred)We are looking for an experienced Uniform Operations Coordinator to join the Workforce Operations team for a major international football event in Saudi Arabia.About the RoleThe Uniform Operations Coordinator will take ownership of the end-to-end uniform operation for staff, volunteers and workforce members — from planning and ordering through sizing, storage, distribution, replacement and collection.The successful candidate will ensure the right uniform reaches the right person, in the right size, at the right time and at the right venue.Key Responsibilities• Plan uniform requirements based on workforce numbers and roles• Manage uniform orders, stock, inventory and deliveries• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors• Organize sizing and fitting sessions• Manage uniform distribution across multiple venues• Maintain accurate allocation and collection records• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment when required• Manage replacements for lost, damaged or incorrect uniforms• Coordinate closely with Workforce Operations, HR and Venue Operations• Manage uniform storage and inventory• Prepare regular reports on stock and distribution status• Lead and manage the uniform team during the eventWhat We're Looking For• Experience in uniform, wardrobe, apparel, workforce logistics or event operations• Experience with large-scale sporting events, international tournaments or major projects preferred• Strong inventory and stock management experience• Supplier and vendor coordination experience• Excellent organizational and coordination skills• Ability to manage high volumes across multiple locations• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Strong Excel and reporting skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience in major sporting events, international football tournaments, mega events, hospitality, workforce operations or large-scale uniform programs will be highly valued.If you have the experience and are interested in being part of a major international football event in Saudi Arabia, we would love to hear from you.
