Location: Mundra, GujaratSites: MPL & KCLJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Unit Manager to manage day-to-day site operations, employee engagement, HR activities, payroll coordination, and overall site performance across our MPL and KCL sites in Mundra, Gujarat.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily site operations, workflow, productivity, and overall performance.Ensure smooth execution of operational activities and achievement of site targets.Oversee employee relations, onboarding, manpower coordination, and team engagement.Manage attendance tracking, payroll inputs, salary processing coordination, and related compliance.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and site teams to resolve operational and employee-related issues.Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and site procedures.Monitor manpower productivity and support workforce planning as required.Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline; HR/Operations qualification will be an added advantage.Relevant experience in Unit Management / Site Operations / Facility Management / HR Operations.Strong experience in team handling, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and site operations.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Candidates from Facility Management, Hospitality, Manufacturing, FM Services, or similar industries will be preferred.LocationMundra, GujaratInterested candidates can share their updated resume at:vim.shaw@sodexo.comWhatsApp: 9073923508
