University & Visa Applications Officer

BTEC Universities is an international student recruitment and education consultancy, working as an authorised recruitment partner for universities across Australia, the UK, Europe, and the UAE. We're looking for a detail-driven, deadline-focused professional to manage end-to-end university and visa applications for our students, with a strong emphasis on Australian student visa processes.What You'll DoManage end-to-end university applications for students across our partner network, including offer letters, conditions, and document compliance.Lead Australian student visa (subclass 500) applications GTE statements, financial documentation, GS assessments, and health/insurance requirements.Track and manage visa applications for key destinations including the Australia, UK, US, Germany, Poland, Hungary, and Italy, working to embassy-specific document standards.Liaise directly with university admissions teams and visa authorities to resolve queries and keep applications moving.Maintain accurate case tracking for every student file, flagging deadlines, missing documents, and risk cases proactively.Draft supporting documents including cover letters, statements of purpose, and GS visa responses tailored to each case.Coordinate with our counselling team to ensure a smooth handover from enrolment to visa approval.What We're Looking ForProven experience handling Australian student visa applications (subclass 500) this is a strong preference for this role.Prior experience in an international education consultancy, recruitment agency, or university representative office.Working knowledge of GTE requirements, financial documentation standards, and common visa refusal risk factors.Exposure to additional destinations in Europe is an advantage but not essential.Excellent written English for drafting student-facing and embassy-facing documents.Highly organised, able to manage a high volume of live cases with competing deadlines.Based in the UAE, with immediate or short notice availability preferred.
