University Partnerships & Student Placement Manager

AUPS is seeking an experienced and well-connected professional to lead university partnerships and student placement initiatives. The role will focus on developing institutional relationships, facilitating student placements across multiple study destinations, identifying academic progression opportunities, supporting admissions and enrollment, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions locally and internationally.Facilitate student placements into undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, pathway, and professional programs across multiple destinations.Develop new university partnerships, articulation agreements, scholarship opportunities, transfer pathways, and progression routes.Liaise with university admissions, recruitment, and partnership teams to support applications, admissions, and enrollment.Advise students on suitable academic pathways, admission requirements, scholarships, university options, and study destinations.Organize university visits, recruitment events, webinars, education fairs, and information sessions.Monitor higher education market trends, admission policies, and developments across international education markets.Maintain a strong student pipeline and ensure timely follow-up, application processing, placements, and enrollments.Collaborate with internal teams to implement student recruitment, placement, enrollment, and partnership strategies.Maintain accurate records of applications, placements, partnerships, and conversion metrics.Prepare regular reports on placement performance, partnerships, enrollments, revenue, and business growth opportunities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in university admissions, international student recruitment, education consultancy, student placement, or higher education partnerships.Proven student placement track record and strong university network across multiple destinations.Experience in institutional partnerships, articulation agreements, and progression pathways.Strong knowledge of international admissions and higher education systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and achieve placement, partnership, enrollment, and revenue targets.UAE experience and international education exposure will be an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Successful student placements and enrollments.Inquiry-to-admission and enrollment conversion rates.New and active university partnerships.Articulation agreements and progression pathways developed.Revenue generated through placement and partnership activities.Student and university partner satisfaction.Growth in student enrollments across partner institutions.
