Intern Management Operations & Project CoordinationElchai Group | Dubai, UAE | On-site | InternshipAbout the RoleThis is a completely unpaid, on-site, entry-level internship designed for students, recent graduates, and early-career applicants seeking practical experience in Management Operations and Project Coordination.We are looking for a Management Operations & Project Coordination Intern to help keep projects organised, visible and moving forward.You will work closely with the team to turn scattered updates into accurate trackers, clear management reports and reliable handovers. This is a practical role for someone who enjoys organisation, follow-up, problem-solving and making sure important details do not get missed.You will gain hands-on exposure to project coordination, operational reporting, task tracking and management support in a growing technology environment.Programme Details

Location: Fully on-site at Office 2008, Jumeirah Business Centre 1, Cluster G, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, UAEDaily Attendance: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Dubai timeWorking Days: Monday to FridayBreak: 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM lunch/rest breakIntern Duration: Eight calendar weeks, following the initial supervised stageCompensation: The initial stage and Intern stage are unpaid, with an AED 0 stipend.

Participants cover routine commuting, meals and accommodation. Elchai supplies required approved training tools.Certificate: Successful completion of the Intern requirements, required evidence, a score of at least 7.5 and written human sign-off are required for certificate consideration.ImportantThis is a structured learning and practical experience opportunity. The role requires reliability, attention to evidence, accurate documentation, communication and the ability to escalate issues to the appropriate person when necessary.A Intern place, paid trial or future employment is not guaranteed and is subject to the applicable assessment, approval and written terms.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain project and workstream trackers covering owners, deadlines, dependencies, evidence and next actions.Verify completion updates against actual outputs and flag missing or conflicting information.Prepare concise daily or periodic management updates covering:ProgressOverdue workBlockersDecisions requiredCoordinate meetings, document agreed actions and follow up on outstanding tasks.Monitor dependencies and identify potential delays early.Organise approved documents, project information and handover materials.Support the Project Coordinator with day-to-day coordination and follow-up.Help ensure information is accurate, organised and accessible to the appropriate team members.What You Will LearnDuring the internship, you will develop practical experience in:Project and task coordinationOperational reporting and management updatesBuilding and maintaining project trackersIdentifying dependencies, blockers and risksMeeting coordination and action trackingDocumentation and structured handoversWorking with spreadsheets and project management toolsCommunicating clearly with different stakeholdersFollowing structured processes and escalation proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForYou should be able to:Organise a spreadsheet, tracker or task list and accurately explain its status.Distinguish between a proposal, completed task and approved decision.Write clear and concise English updates.Ask precise questions when information is unclear or conflicting.Plan follow-ups and identify dependencies.Flag potential delays or blockers early.Handle confidential information responsibly.Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through on commitments.Useful ExperienceExperience from a university project, event, volunteer activity, student organisation or previous role involving coordination is useful.Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, calendars or project management platforms is an advantage.Students, recent graduates and other early-career applicants are welcome to apply, subject to applicable training and work authorisation requirements.How We WorkAt Elchai, you will work in a structured environment where evidence, clear processes and human oversight matter.You will be expected to prepare information accurately, coordinate assigned work, document progress and escalate issues when a decision or approval is required.The goal is not simply to keep a tracker updated — it is to make sure the team has a reliable understanding of what is done, what is pending, what is blocked and what needs attention.What Success Looks LikeBy the end of the internship, you should be able to:Maintain a reliable workstream tracker.Produce clear and accurate progress reports.Identify missing information, blockers and dependencies.Follow up effectively on assigned actions.Create organised documentation and handovers.Demonstrate reliable communication and project coordination skills.ApplicationPlease submit your CV and availability.You may also include examples of projects, university work, event coordination, volunteering or other experiences where you organised tasks, tracked progress or coordinated people.The selection process may include a structured interview and a short practical exercise related to project tracking and reporting.
