Our Mental Health Wing works to make conversations about mental health open, informed, and stigma-free, through community sessions, online events, and educational content.About the RoleWe're looking for a creative volunteer to join our Social Media & Design team. You'll turn our events, research, and stories into content that is sensitive, engaging, and easy to understand. This is a voluntary, unpaid role, designed to give you real work experience and a portfolio you can be proud of.What You'll DoDesign social media posts for our online events and offline sessionsCreate infographics and educational content that make mental health topics simple and accessibleProduce and edit Reels and short-form videoWork on our e-magazine and monthly reports, matching each issue's theme and giving it a polished, beautiful finishFollow the Foundation's messaging guidelines and get approvals before publishingWhat We're Looking ForStrong design sense and comfort with tools like Canva (or similar design and video editing tools)Experience or interest in creating Reels and short-form contentGood attention to detail, with clean layouts and accurate, consistent brandingSensitivity and respect when handling mental health topicsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in an asynchronous setupAvailability of 5-6 hours per week (flexible)Good to HaveA portfolio or sample work (personal, academic, or freelance)Basic copywriting skillsInterest in public health, mental health, or the social sectorWhat You'll GetHands-on experience with real campaigns, publications, and eventsMentorship and feedback from our leadership teamWork experience certificate and Letter of Recommendation on completing a minimum of 2 months of active service, subject to satisfactory performancePermission to feature publicly released work in your portfolioA flexible, asynchronous work culture with no expectation of responses outside working hoursWork DetailsType: Volunteer (unpaid)Mode: Hybrid, mostly remote, with occasional field work in Delhi NCR where requiredProbation: First month, with feedback at the endCommitment: 5-6 hours per weekHow to ApplyApply on LinkedIn or send your resume and portfolio (Canva, Drive, or Behance link) to foundationvitalis@gmail.com.
