Job title: Lead Unreal Engine Developer — Digital Twin Company: InfoLabs Global Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site) Employment type: Contract / Project-Based engagement Eligibility: Candidates must already be residing in the UAE with a valid residence visaAbout the roleYou will lead the real-time 3D build of the Digital Twin — a large, data-driven interior/exterior environment that must run smoothly while streaming live telemetry from thousands of building points. You'll set the technical direction in Unreal and lead a small team of developers and artists.What you'll doOwn the Unreal Engine codebase: architecture, C++ modules, Blueprint standards, and plugin strategyLead development of the interactive twin — navigation, level-of-detail, floor/zone isolation, asset selection, live status overlaysDrive performance optimisation: draw calls, Nanite/Lumen tuning, streaming, memory budgets, target frame rate on the delivery hardwareImplement Pixel Streaming / multi-display command centre output where requiredBuild the runtime data-binding layer that maps live sensor and system data to 3D assetsMentor Unreal developers, run code reviews, and set the definition of done for 3D featuresWhat you'll bring6+ years with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5), with strong production C++ and Blueprint skillsProven experience shipping large-scale, performance-critical real-time 3D applicationsSolid grasp of rendering pipeline, profiling tools (Unreal Insights, GPU profiler), and optimisation techniquesExperience integrating external data into Unreal via REST, WebSocket, MQTT, or custom pluginsComfortable leading a small team and making architecture callsNice to haveDigital Twin, simulation, architectural visualisation, or industrial-training project historyExperience with Pixel Streaming at scale, nDisplay, or video-wall deploymentsFamiliarity with Datasmith and CAD/BIM import pipelinesLocation & engagementBased in Dubai, UAE — on-site at InfoLabs Global and at the client facility as the project requiresProject-based engagement for the duration of the Digital Twin program, with extension subject to project pipelineApplicants must currently be in the UAE with a valid residence visa.
