The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bidding on projects, writing compelling proposals, and communicating with clients to secure freelance work. This is a night shift role, ideal for proactive individuals who thrive during late hours.

Key Responsibilities

Actively search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.Craft high-quality, persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.Communicate professionally with clients to increase project conversion rates.Track project applications, follow-ups, and success metrics.Collaborate with the internal team to align proposals with company services.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding.Strong written English skills and proposal-writing ability.Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.Comfortable working night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).Knowledge of the Upwork platform and client communication best practices.
