The primary focus is to identify relevant projects, prepare strong proposals, communicate with potential clients, and generate qualified business opportunities through Upwork.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResearch and identify relevant Upwork projects aligned with company services.Analyze client requirements, budgets, project scope, and competition before bidding.Write customized, persuasive, and professional proposals.Communicate with prospects, follow up consistently, and support client conversion.Coordinate with developers to understand technical requirements and prepare suitable bids.Maintain records of proposals, leads, responses, interviews, and conversions.Monitor Upwork trends, competitor activity, and high demand project categories.Meet assigned weekly and monthly business development targets.REQUIRED SKILLSUpwork platform experience and lead generation.Proposal writing and professional client communication.Negotiation skills and strong English proficiency.Understanding of software services.Research, analysis, and follow-up capabilities.Target-oriented mindset.QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
