Team members join a professional environment focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for EOT Cranes Senior Technicians (Electrical & Mechanical), based in Al Khobar with some flexibility for work from home tasks such as reporting and documentation. The role involves performing advanced electrical and mechanical maintenance, inspection, and repair on EOT cranes and related lifting equipment at client sites. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment faults, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrating and testing components, and ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards. The technician will prepare service reports, coordinate with supervisors and client representatives, support field service activities, and provide technical guidance to junior technicians. The role requires frequent on-site work in industrial environments and adherence to company procedures and customer requirements.Qualifications Strong experience working with lifting equipment, including EOT cranes and related crane systems.Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial and heavy equipment in field conditions.Hands-on field service experience, including site-based inspections, repairs, and customer support.Demonstrated ability in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, and reliability-focused repair practices.Solid understanding of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and occupational health and safety regulations for industrial environments.Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent vocational qualification.Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.Effective communication skills, ability to work in diverse teams, and willingness to mentor junior technicians.Flexibility to work on-site in varying industrial conditions and to travel to client locations as required.Experience in NDT, inspection, or prior work with major industrial clients (e.g., oil, gas, petrochemical, mining) is an advantage.
