Company: Certed Technologies LLPLocation: Gwalior, Madhya PradeshExperience: 5+ Years in CSR / Social Impact ProjectsEmployment: Full-TimeJoining: Immediate Joiner PreferredPosition: Project Manager / Project Coordinator – CSR ProjectsJob OverviewCerted Technologies LLP is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate CSR projects, including project implementation, mobilization, fundraising support, stakeholder management, manpower coordination and CSR reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement and monitor CSR projects from initiation to completion.Manage student/community mobilization and field activities.Coordinate CSR project execution with corporate partners, NGOs, educational institutions and other stakeholders.Support CSR fundraising, proposal development and donor/corporate outreach.Prepare project proposals, budgets, presentations, MIS reports and impact reports.Manage project manpower, field teams and daily operational activities.Track project targets, deliverables, timelines and utilization of resources.Coordinate CSR documentation, compliance and reporting requirements.Develop relationships with CSR foundations, corporates and implementation partners.Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to management.Identify new CSR project opportunities and support business development.Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in CSR / NGO / Social Impact / Project Management.Strong knowledge of CSR project implementation and mobilization.Experience in CSR fundraising and corporate/CSR stakeholder coordination.Good project planning, team management and communication skills.Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and field teams independently.Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and project reporting.Strong networking and relationship-management capabilities.Preferred CandidateExperience working with corporates, CSR foundations, NGOs or educational institutions.Existing CSR/corporate network will be an advantage.Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Gwalior are preferred.How to ApplySend your updated CV to:📧 support@certedtechnologies.comSubject: Application – Project Manager / Project Coordinator – CSRJoin Certed Technologies LLP and contribute to impactful CSR projects while building scalable social-impact programs.
