Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe ideal candidate must have a strong nursing background, substantial clinical experience, and proven supervisory or management experience in healthcare quality.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor clinical Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) programs. Develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives. Conduct healthcare audits and monitor compliance with established clinical standards. Support patient safety initiatives, clinical governance, and risk management activities. Review clinical procedures, policies, and quality documentation. Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports on performance and improvement opportunities. Identify gaps in clinical processes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Work with clinical departments and management to improve patient care quality. Support regulatory compliance and healthcare accreditation requirements. Supervise quality-related activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Educational QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification. Postgraduate qualification in Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, or a related field. Professional ExperienceMinimum 10 years of post-registration professional experience. Experience in an Emergency Room (ER) or Industrial Clinic. Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement experience. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role. Licensing and RegistrationCurrent Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) medical license. Current Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration. Valid professional registration/license from the candidate's home country. Mandatory CertificationsCurrent BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification. Language RequirementsFluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
