Candidates must be available to join immediately or within a maximum of ONE WEEK.This is not a basic bookkeeping or data-entry role. We need someone who understands the business behind the numbers and can support management with accurate reporting, financial analysis, cost control, and practical recommendations.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years of relevant accounting experienceVery Good to Fluent English – MANDATORYMust be able to communicate professionally in both written and spoken EnglishMust be comfortable handling emails, reports, clients, suppliers, and business correspondenceAdvanced Microsoft Excel – MANDATORYStrong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA & E-InvoicingStrong experience in Inventory Accounting & Stock ControlExperience with ERP systemsMust be based in RiyadhImmediate availability or ability to join within one weekAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionADVANCED MICROSOFT EXCEL – MANDATORYApplicants must have strong practical, not just theoretical, Excel skills, including:Pivot TablesXLOOKUP / VLOOKUPINDEX / MATCHSUMIFSIF FunctionsConditional FormattingData ValidationCharts & DashboardsHandling large datasetsPower Query is highly preferredShortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical Excel assessment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHandle the complete accounting cycle: GL, AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closingPrepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, and Management ReportsManage customer accounts, collections, aging reports, credit limits, and overdue balancesManage supplier accounts, payments, statement reconciliations, and outstanding balancesMonitor inventory movements, stock reconciliation, physical stock counts, stock variances, slow-moving stock, and COGSReview and reconcile Purchase Orders, Supplier Invoices, Delivery Notes, Sales Invoices, and related documentsUnderstand and monitor the commercial cycle from Quotation / Sales Order → Purchase → Delivery → Invoicing → CollectionEnsure compliance with VAT, ZATCA, E-Invoicing, Zakat, WHT, and applicable Saudi regulationsPrepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow planning, cost analysis, and variance reportsAnalyze profitability by customer, order, and projectMonitor material costs, transportation costs, operating expenses, and gross/net profitabilityPrepare weekly and monthly management dashboards covering:Sales | Collections | Receivables | Payables | Cash Position | Inventory | Expenses | ProfitabilityIdentify financial or operational problems and provide management with practical solutions and recommendationsINDUSTRY EXPERIENCEStrong preference will be given to candidates with experience in:Building MaterialsFinishing MaterialsConstructionFit-OutTradingDistributionCandidates from other industries may be considered only if they have strong experience in inventory, purchasing, sales transactions, collections, and commercial operations.ERP & SYSTEMSPractical experience with one or more ERP systems is required, such as:Odoo | SAP | Microsoft Dynamics | Oracle | or similar ERP systemsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are not looking for someone who only records transactions.We want a commercially minded accountant who can understand the business, control the numbers, monitor cash flow and profitability, identify risks, improve processes, and provide management with useful information for decision-making.The ideal candidate should be:Proactive • Responsible • Analytical • Organized • Trustworthy • Commercially Aware • Able to Take OwnershipLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJoining: Immediate / Maximum One WeekEnglish: Very Good to Fluent – MANDATORYExcel: Advanced – MANDATORYPlease apply only if you meet the above requirements.
