🚨 URGENT HIRING | REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTANT | DUBAI 🇦🇪Top Luxury Property LLC, a well established real estate company in Dubai, is looking for a Real Estate Accountant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.If you have experience in Dubai/UAE real estate accounting, strong attention to detail, and are ready to make an immediate impact, we would love to hear from you!📌 Position: Real Estate Accountant📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site 💰 Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month, depending on experience ⏱️ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred 🇮🇳 Preference: Indian candidates🔑 Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable & Receivable • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports • Monitor and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and general ledger accounts • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting • Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards • Support quarterly and annual audit preparations • Analyze financial data and provide meaningful financial insights • Collaborate with different departments to improve financial efficiency • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely financial reporting🎯 Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • ACCA qualification or pursuing ACCA is preferred • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate sector • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Good knowledge of UAE tax regulations • Proficiency in MS Excel and real estate accounting software • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Immediate availability will be highly preferred
