URGENT HIRING – Full-Time Accountant – RiyadhImpact Arabia for Building Solutions is urgently looking for a qualified and responsible Full-Time Accountant to join our team in Riyadh.Salary & Benefits:SAR 3,500 – 5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.Shared accommodation provided by the company near the workplace.Experience Required:3 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience, with previous work experience in Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:Record and manage daily accounting transactions and journal entries.Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Follow up on customer collections and supplier payments.Prepare bank reconciliations.Monitor invoices, expenses, petty cash, and company payments.Prepare monthly financial reports covering sales, expenses, profit and loss.Monitor inventory and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).Prepare and submit VAT returns.Handle requirements related to ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, and Saudi tax regulations.Handle accounting and compliance requirements related to foreign-investment companies in Saudi Arabia, including MISA requirements and related government procedures.Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.Monitor payroll and other company financial obligations.Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records and supporting documents.Support sales and commercial operations, including follow-up on quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and collections.Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding orders, prices, quantities, invoices, and payment status.Assist in preparing sales, profitability, and customer performance reports.Requirements:3–7 years of relevant accounting experience.Previous accounting experience in Saudi Arabia is required.Good knowledge of VAT, ZATCA, Zakat, and Saudi accounting and tax regulations.Experience with foreign-investment companies in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with MISA requirements is highly preferred.Familiarity with government compliance requirements related to foreign investors and foreign-owned companies is an advantage.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory, and costing.Ability to prepare financial reports and analysis.Good understanding of sales operations and the commercial sales cycle is preferred.High level of accuracy, integrity, organization, and responsibility.Experience in trading, building materials, construction, or contracting companies is preferred.Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice is highly preferred.⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYINGKindly review the requirements, salary, and benefits carefully before submitting your application.Please do not apply if:You do not have 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience.You do not have previous working experience in Saudi Arabia.Your expected salary is above the stated package.We are looking for a hands-on accountant who can take ownership of the company’s daily accounting and financial follow-up while also supporting sales and commercial operations, not only a data-entry accountant📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia💼 Position: Full-Time Accountant💰 Salary: SAR 3,500–5,000🏠 Accommodation: Shared accommodation provided near the workplace🚨 Hiring Status: Urgent / Immediate Hiring
