Requirement- Data Stack TrinerLocation- Kochi,Kerala3-4 Years of ExperienceKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, hands-on training sessions across Data Engineering and Data Analytics domains.Guide students through labs, real-world projects, and capstone scenarios spanning both engineering and analytical workloads.Continuously update course materials and integrate the latest AI-augmented tools and techniques.Mentor students on project execution, certification preparation, and placement readiness.Evaluate learner performance through labs, assessments, and internal evaluation interviews.Collaborate with other trainers and Qubiqon Consulting for live project integration across engineering and analytics tracks.Foster professional growth in communication, teamwork, data storytelling, and client etiquette.Preferred SkillsData EngineeringExpertise in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, SQL, and Python (Pandas / PySpark).Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and real-time data processing.Strong foundation in data modelling, schema design, and Medallion Architecture.Data AnalyticsProficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modelling, report design) and Excel for analytical reporting.Experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical reasoning, and data visualization best practices.Familiarity with SQL-based analytics, including window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.Training & FacilitationSkilled in conducting assessments, project evaluations, and internal interviews to gauge learner progress.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Comfort with LMS platforms, teaching automation dashboards, and adopting new instructional tools.Prior experience as a corporate trainer in a data-focused domain is strongly preferred.
