Job Description – Sr. Hr Executive (Night Shift)Position: Sr. Hr ExecutiveDepartment: Human ResourcesShift: Night ShiftGender: Male candidates prefferedLocation: Turbhe Navi MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 2–3 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Sr. Hr Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to independently handle employee concerns and workplace issues.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily HR activities for night-shift employees.Handle attendance, leaves, breaks, and absenteeism.Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances.Support joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.Coordinate with managers and team leaders on employee issues.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Support payroll-related attendance and leave inputs.Ensure employees follow company policies and HR guidelines.Handle disciplinary and behavioural issues when required.Coordinate with the day-shift HR team for smooth handover.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.Experience handling employee relations and HR operations in a shift-based environment is preferred.Strong knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee documentation processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with HRMS is an advantage.Ability to work independently during the night shift and make sound decisions when required.What We OfferCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work in a dynamic environmentProfessional growth and development opportunitiesSupportive HR and management teamNight-shift allowances/benefits as applicable
