About the Role

We are looking for a rigorous and insightful US Equity Research Analyst to join our research and content team. This role focuses on deep-dive fundamental analysis, sector tracking, and producing high-quality written research on US-listed companies. Your output will directly empower our platform users with actionable investment insights and solidify our reputational authority in US equity research.

Job Responsibilities

Deep-Dive Fundamental Research: Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on major US equities, mega-cap tech stocks, emerging industries, and market catalysts.High-Impact Content Creation: Produce a wide range of analytical content, including individual stock deep-dives, earnings season previews/recap, sector themes, and macro overview reports.Valuation & Financial Modeling: Analyze company financial statements (10-K, 10-Q), build/verify earnings models, and evaluate business metrics to form clear, data-driven investment theses.Timely Market Reaction: Rapidly produce concise, insightful commentary on sudden market movements, geopolitical shocks, or policy shifts affecting US markets.Data & AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage data tools (Bloomberg/FactSet/TradingView) and modern AI efficiency tools to streamline research workflows without compromising analytical rigor.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in buy-side/sell-side equity research, financial journalism, or research-driven content operations within fintech brokerages.Analytical & Financial Skillset: Strong understanding of US accounting standards (US GAAP), financial statement analysis, equity valuation, and earnings call breakdowns.Exemplary Written Communication: Exceptional written skills in Chinese and English, with a track record of publishing clear, structured, and insightful equity research reports.Bilingual Proficiency: High fluency in reading and translating Wall Street research reports (Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, etc.) into original, audience-friendly Chinese content.Preferred: CFA charterholder / CFA Candidate, or hands-on experience using Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, or Wind is highly desirable.By submitting a job application, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Candidate Privacy Policy. <https://www.bit.com/privacy-candidate>
