This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a finance professional who has deep command of US GAAP and can drive financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance across the organization.The Controller will own the end-to-end US accounting function, lead audits, manage financial reporting, and partner closely with our SVP Finance and executive leadership to ensure robust, accurate, and timely financial reporting. This role is pivotal to the company s continued growth and requires a technically strong, operationally hands-on leader.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ControllershipOwn and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for US entitiesPrepare and review consolidated financial statements in full compliance with US GAAPManage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and related documentationEnsure timely and accurate reporting of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements to executive leadershipImplement and maintain robust internal controls aligned with US regulatory standardsAudit ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for external auditors and coordinate all audit activitiesLead audit readiness, manage PBC (Prepared by Client) lists, and coordinate audit schedulesEnsure smooth completion of annual external audits with minimal findingsOversee internal audit coordination and implement corrective action plansUS Accounting OperationsOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and general ledgerManage vendor payments, expense reports, and procurement-to-pay workflowsEnsure accuracy and timeliness of bank reconciliations, accruals, and prepaymentsDrive process standardization and automation across accounting functionsCompliance & TaxEnsure full compliance with federal and state tax regulations, filings, and deadlinesCoordinate with external tax advisors for federal and state income tax complianceManage sales tax, payroll tax, and other applicable US statutory obligationsStay current on regulatory changes impacting US GAAP accounting and reportingTeam Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementManage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a high-performance cultureServe as a trusted financial partner to the SVP Finance and business leadersCollaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisAdminister and optimize NetSuite; familiarity with QuickBooks a plusQualifications & RequirementsMandatoryCPA certificationAt least 5 years in a Controller or Senior Finance Manager roleDeep, hands-on expertise with US GAAP, financial reporting and close processesDemonstrated experience managing accounting and compliance for US entitiesPrior experience as a Controller or equivalent roleStrongly PreferredExperience at a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firmExposure to US public company reporting or SEC filing experienceWorking knowledge of transfer pricing principles and intercompany accountingProficiency with NetSuite (primary system); experience with QuickBooks Online, SAP, or Oracle Financials a plusExperience in a high-growth, technology, or healthcare company environmentWorking knowledge of India Accounting Standards a +Skills & AttributesExceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy under deadlinesStrong communication skills written and verbal for executive-level interactionHigh degree of ownership and accountability; able to operate independently with minimal supervisionProcess improvement mindset with experience driving automation and efficiency in accounting operationsCollaborative team leader who can work cross-functionally with business stakeholdersWhy This Role?Foundational leadership role own and shape the US finance functionDirect visibility with executive leadership work alongside the SVP Finance and C-suiteHigh-impact scope both strategic and operationalGrowth path as the organization scalesDynamic, mission-driven environment in the healthcare technology sector
