Employment Type: Full-TimeProbation: 3 MonthsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and people-oriented US IT Process Coordinator to join our team and manage the coordination of technical resources for US-based projects and client engagements.This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills, strong coordination abilities, and a good understanding of the IT industry and software development technologies.The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of technical professionals and development teams, understanding their availability and capabilities, and coordinating them with upcoming project requirements and technical interview schedules.You will work closely with our Marketing, Technical Support, Development/Setup, and Internal Operations teams to ensure that technical resources are properly aligned and that scheduled client interactions and interviews are conducted smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a network of experienced software developers and development teams for US-based project requirements.Identify and engage technical professionals who are available to work on US-time-zone projects.Understand developers' technical skills, experience, availability, and project preferences.Maintain accurate information about available technical resources and their schedules.Coordinate with internal Marketing, Support, Setup, and Technical teams regarding upcoming requirements and interviews.Coordinate technical interview schedules between available resources and internal/client requirements.Assign the appropriate technical resource based on technology, experience, availability, and project requirements.Ensure resources are properly briefed and prepared before scheduled interviews or technical discussions.Follow up with resources before and after interviews to ensure smooth execution.Handle last-minute changes, scheduling conflicts, resource replacements, and availability issues.Build strong professional relationships with developers and technical teams.Negotiate resource availability, engagement terms, schedules, and other requirements when necessary.Continuously expand the company's pool of qualified technical resources.Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.Track interview outcomes, resource availability, and engagement status.Help improve the overall resource coordination and technical recruitment process.What We Are Looking For2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, resource coordination, staffing, IT operations, or a similar role.Good understanding of the software development and IT services industry.Familiarity with technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, databases, cloud technologies, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.Ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable technical resources.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple resources, interviews, and requirements simultaneously.Comfortable communicating with experienced as well as junior technical professionals.Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-moving team.Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.Comfortable working during US night-shift hours.Willing to work from office in Bhopal.Must have own conveyance for commuting to and from the office.Personality & SkillsWe are particularly looking for someone who is:Confident and highly communicativePersuasive without being aggressiveExcellent at building professional relationshipsComfortable speaking with technical professionalsProactive and energeticHighly organizedGood at negotiation and follow-upsAble to handle pressure and changing prioritiesComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working with both highly experienced and less experienced team membersCompensation & BenefitsSalary: Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on experience and capabilitiesPerformance Incentives: Additional incentives based on performance and successful resource/project coordinationProbation Period: 3 monthsWork Mode: Work From Office – BhopalShift: US Night ShiftThis is an opportunity to work closely with US-based projects and gain significant exposure to US IT operations, technical staffing, software development teams, and international client requirements.How to ApplyIf you are confident, highly communicative, comfortable working in the US time zone, and enjoy working with people and technology, we'd love to hear from you.Please share your updated CV along with your current location, total experience, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
