Ltd., AhmedabadShift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM ISTAbout the Role: US IT Recruiter – B2B Staffing & Process SetupResponsibilities:Build and streamline the US IT recruitment/B2B hiring process from scratch.Develop sourcing strategies for US IT consultants and candidates, particularly through IMS and similar channels.Manage and mentor a team of US IT recruiters.Establish SOPs, KPIs, sourcing funnels, submission processes and quality standards.Work closely with B2B clients/vendors and understand their hiring requirements.Build vendor/client relationships and improve candidate submission-to-interview ratios.Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.Train recruiters on US staffing, ATS/VMS, Boolean sourcing, rate negotiation and candidate management.Qualifications:Experience: 3–5+ years in US IT Staffing/RecruitmentPreferred: Candidates currently working with US staffing organizations.Required SkillsUS IT recruitment experienceTeam management skillsStrong sourcing strategiesUnderstanding of B2B hiring processesPreferred Skills:Experience with ATS/VMSKnowledge of Boolean sourcingRate negotiation skills
