US Truck Dispatcher (1 year experience MUST)

DO NOT APPLY IF: - You have NO US truck dispatch experience. - Your experience is in cold calling, customer support, virtual assistance, sales, or logistics outside US trucking. - You are not based in Lahore or cannot work onsite. - You can not come for an onsite interview. Applications without US truck dispatch experience will be rejected without review Position: US Truck Dispatcher (Onsite - Lahore) Salary: PKR: 100,000/month + Commission on targets achieved Responsibilities: - Find and book profitable loads using DAT, TruckStop, and load boards. - Negotiate rates with freight brokers. - Dispatch drivers and monitor shipments. Plan routes and appointment schedules. - Resolve delivery issues and communicate with drivers and brokers. - Maintain accurate dispatch records and updates. Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on US Truck Dispatch experience (REQUIRED). - Experience dispatching Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Power Only trucks. - Strong knowledge of DAT Load Board, TruckStop, FMCSA regulations, HOS, detention, TONU, layover, and rate negotiation. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Willing to work night shifts. - Must be based in Lahore.
