Responsible for user data insights and system construction in the Middle East and Africa markets.2. Conduct user behavior analysis and demand research in the Middle East and Africa, exploring the real needs of local users.3. Design and execute research methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.4. Summarize and analyze research data, output clear user profiles and insight reports, provide decision-making basis for the company's overall product strategy, and improve the demand matching of product planning.5. Assist the team in understanding user pain points and promote user-centered design and decision-making.What you will bring:1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Finance, or related fields.2. Work Experience: 5+ years of user research, product definition, and user insight experience in overseas markets, automotive, electronic consumer goods, home appliances, and other industries.3. Strong interest in user research, with good communication and logical analysis skills.4. Familiar with various qualitative and quantitative research methods, able to complete full-cycle user research projects from initiation to planning to execution.5. Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, adaptable to fast-paced work environments.6. Fluent English (working language), Arabic preferred.
