This enables us to keep powering THG Ingenuity and our partners on a global scale. About the RoleWe are looking for a mid-weight UX Designer to join our growing team of digital specialists. You will play a key role in shaping insight-driven, scalable experiences across our marketing site and apps portfolio, supporting with digital experiences for brands including King Street Townhouse, Hale Country Club & Spa, City AM mobile app and internal marketing sites for THG, THG Ingenuity & THG Studios. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, working within cross-functional squads to deliver impactful user experiences that drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesConduct and interpret user research results and apply insights to design decisionsConduct competitor benchmarking and customer analysisAnalyse user feedback and iterate to enhance user experienceApply and contribute to design systemsCreate wireframes, user journeys, sitemaps, and visual designs using a lean, agile approach across devicesAdvocate for and implement accessible design solutionsConduct and support usability testing activitiesPresent design work clearly to stakeholders, justifying design decisions with confidenceCreate personas and usage scenarios to inform design direction and decisionsPromote design and accessibility standards to ensure consistency across products and brandsDevelop interactive product prototypesSupport team members with collaborative sessions and design feedbackQualificationsUX Designer (4-10 years experience)Required SkillsExperience working across the end-to-end design processExposure to performance marketing / conversion rate optimisation is advantageousAn extremely keen eye for modern visual design and UI expertiseComfortable using research and data to inform design decisionsFamiliar with operating in complex environments with multiple stakeholdersProactive, adaptable, and confident working with ambiguityPreferred SkillsStrong working knowledge of Figma and modern prototyping tools (Claude Design/Code, v0, Lovable, etc. preferable)Experience with research and testing platformsFamiliarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or ContentSquare is essentialUnderstanding of design systems and scalable UX practicesWhat a Typical Few Weeks Looks LikeSharing project work in UX showcase sessionsParticipating in design critiques and peer reviewsCollaborating with Product, Research, and Engineering on strategy and deliveryEngaging in 1:1s focused on development and progressionUsing dedicated R&D time to build new skills and explore emerging practicesDesigning and optimising critical user journeys across desktop, mobile and native app experiencesContributing to team culture and continuous improvement initiativesEqual Opportunity Statement THG Ingenuity is an equal opportunity employer.
