Apply & track with Apply EdgeThis role will focus on creating intuitive, user-centred solutions by combining UX design principles, research insights, systems thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from identifying user needs and defining problems through to developing concepts, prototypes, testing solutions, and supporting implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate design concepts, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user flows to support product ideation, research, and development.Conduct and apply user research findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver user-centred solutions.Contribute to and help evolve design systems, design languages, and UX frameworks across products and teams.Develop innovative solutions to user, product, and business challenges while balancing technical and operational constraints.Iteratively refine designs based on user testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.Communicate design rationale and strategic recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Manage design specifications and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.Support design strategy and influence stakeholders through storytelling, presentations, and evidence-based recommendations.Prioritise and manage multiple design initiatives within a fast-paced environment.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving capabilities.Solid understanding of user-centred design methodologies and UX best practices.Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design specifications.Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Comfortable analysing data and user insights to support design decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Key CompetenciesProduct DesignUX ResearchSystems ThinkingUser Behaviour AnalysisData-Driven DesignDesign SystemsInteractive TechnologyPrototyping & WireframingStakeholder ManagementProduct Development LifecycleStorytelling & Presentation SkillsAccessibility & Inclusive DesignThis is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful digital products, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional user experiences at scale.
