Hiring for UI/UX Designer!Working Location: BatamJob DescriptionWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong visual design and product thinking skills to create polished, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to turn product requirements into high-quality design prototypes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive, user-friendly, and visually polished digital products.Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Use modern design and AI-assisted tools to create high-quality design outputs.Review existing products and provide constructive feedback and practical design suggestions.Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.Communicate with external clients when needed to clarify requirements, issues, and feature requests.Maintain consistency in UI, visual design, usability, and overall user experience.RequirementsMust-Have:Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual design, usability, and user-centered design.Ability to create polished and professional design prototypes.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar tools.Ability to review existing products and provide constructive critique and improvement suggestions.Basic knowledge of GitLab for code sharing.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Portfolio of previous UI/UX design work is required.Nice to HaveBasic understanding of frontend development and web technologies.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience building an LMS is not required; familiarity as a user is sufficient.Experience working with external clients or stakeholders.Experience using AI-assisted design tools.Work StyleThis is primarily an internal-facing design role, with most of the work focused on designing and improving digital products.The successful candidate may occasionally communicate with external clients to clarify product requirements, issues, and feature requests.
