User Experience Designer

BettingJobs is working with a well-established and market-leading online casino and sportsbook who are looking to add an experienced UX Designer to their London team. This is an opportunity to join a global company, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This would be well suited to a user-centred, strategic UX Designer who can confidently lead the entire design lifecycle, from understanding user needs through research to delivering polished experiences ready for development.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end UX process across web and mobile products, from discovery to deliveryTranslate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into thoughtful, usable experiencesPlan and conduct light-to-moderate user research (e.g. user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to validate assumptions and improve designsCreate wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that are both functional and beautifulCollaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ship high-quality featuresIterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and team inputContribute to and leverage design systems and style guides to maintain consistencyAdvocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibilityPresent design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and teammates

Requirements

Experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar roleExcellent knowledge of the iGaming industryStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end project workProficiency in Figma and Adobe XDWorking knowledge of user research methods and usability testing practicesSolid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standardsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsA track record of using data/analytics to influence designsA superior personal character and work ethicA/B testing experience is a bonus
