This is a chance to lead multidisciplinary teams and shape human-centred experiences across government, financial services, mobility, retail, hospitality and healthcare.The RoleAs UX Lead, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on design leadership - owning end-to-end UX projects from discovery through delivery, mentoring designers, and partnering closely with clients, product teams and technology specialists to create meaningful user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end UX projects from discovery through to deliveryDefine UX strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needsPlan and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and co-creation sessionsConduct and synthesise qualitative and quantitative user researchDevelop personas, customer journeys, service blueprints, IA and user flowsCreate wireframes, prototypes and interaction conceptsPresent design rationale to senior stakeholders and executive leadershipCollaborate with Product Managers, Visual Designers, Service Designers, Researchers and EngineersMentor and coach junior and mid-level UX DesignersChampion accessibility, usability and design best practiceSupport proposal development, client pitches and thought leadership where requiredExperience & Qualifications7+ years' professional UX Design experience, leading complex digital projectsDesign consultancy, digital agency or innovation consultancy background highly desirableStrong portfolio showing end-to-end UX process and strategic thinking across industriesExpertise in user-centred design methodologies and design thinkingStrong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experienceExcellent grasp of IA, interaction design and usability principlesProficiency in Figma and modern prototyping toolsExperience within Agile product teamsStrong communication and presentation skills at senior stakeholder levelExperience mentoring designers and leading project teamsNice to HaveMiddle East or international market experienceExposure to Service Design or CX projectsExperience alongside Product Strategy teamsUnderstanding of accessibility standards and inclusive designArabic language skills advantageous but not essential
