From orchestrating multi-method studies on global login experiences to deep-diving into what motivates engineers, you make the user experience visible, measurable, and impactful.You work closely with designers and design leads in our HR, Tech, and Financial Economic Crime departments, navigating a complex stakeholder and IT landscape. You align research questions with hypotheses, business priorities, and quantifiable goals. You tell compelling stories through high-quality artifacts that influence decisions across the organization.WHAT YOU’LL DO:• Connect user insights to design and business objectives, making impact visible and quantifiable.• Identify the right problems and validate solutions that encourage desired user behavior.• Partner with designers while raising the bar for UX research quality.PRACTICAL EXAMPLES:• Advise leadership on gaps in the understanding of their users and propose and orchestrate research that informs decision-making.• Plan and execute multi-method studies, delivering insights that influence roadmaps.• Host weekly UX research office hours to support designers and product teams.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:• Dutch: Professional proficiency to conduct interviews and interpret nuanced feedback.• English: Professional proficiency for collaboration and reporting.• Ability to switch seamlessly between Dutch and English in spoken and written communication.YOU BRING:• 3+ years of UX research experience in complex environments.• Expertise in diverse research methods (interviews, analytics, diary studies, eye-tracking, field research, usability testing).• Expertise in both qualitative research methods (e.g. interviews, diary studies, field research, usability testing) and quantitative research methods (e.g. surveys, analytics, metrics).• Ability to navigate large organizations and gain buy-in for research initiatives.• Strong storytelling skills to communicate insights and demonstrate business value.• Pragmatic mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
