User Experience Researcher

Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end user research for digital healthcare products. The role will partner closely with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to understand user needs, identify insights, and translate research into better product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead qualitative and quantitative UX research from discovery through product optimization.Conduct user research to uncover underlying motivations, behaviors, and needs.Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to develop data-driven solutions.Design and evaluate A/B, multivariate, and usability testing where applicable.Synthesize research findings into actionable product recommendations.Help build/mature the organization's UX research practice and research methods.Mentor junior researchers and educate product/design teams on research techniques and data literacy.What exactly do we need?We need a Senior UX Researcher with 7+ years of UX research experience who is strong in both qualitative and quantitative research. The biggest priorities are user research, research synthesis, Product/Design collaboration, and data-driven research/testing. Healthcare experience is preferred, not mandatory. A strong portfolio showing how they uncover user motivations not just report observations is very important.
