Team members join a growing, innovation-driven environment that is shaping the future of smart health in the region.Role Description The User Experience Writer will work full time on-site in Riyadh, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, developers, and researchers to craft clear, user-centered content for the Karaz Platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and refining interface copy, microcopy, and in-app messaging, as well as creating content guidelines and style standards that maintain consistency across products. The role involves conducting and applying UX research insights to improve content usability, mapping user journeys, and ensuring that complex health and technology concepts are communicated in accessible language. The User Experience Writer will also support documentation for features, contribute to content strategy for new initiatives, and participate in design reviews and usability testing.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong User Experience Writing and Writing skills focused on clarity, accessibility, and user-centered communication.Candidates should possess UX Research and Content Strategy skills to inform content decisions and align messaging with product and business goals.Candidates should possess Technical Writing skills to create and maintain clear product documentation, guidelines, and support materials.Excellent command of written English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage for local market communication.Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.Previous experience in digital products, health tech, or wellness platforms is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
