قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the Role:-We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our product team and take ownership of designing intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences across our product. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand user problems, translate requirements into thoughtful experiences, and take designs from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate is someone who can think beyond visual design — someone who understands user journeys, product workflows, information architecture, usability, and business requirements, while also having a strong eye for UI.What You'll Do:-• Work closely with Product Managers to understand product requirements, user problems, and business objectives.• Translate product requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.• Design intuitive experiences for complex product workflows while keeping them simple for users. • Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across the product.• Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive benchmarking where required.• Identify UX gaps and proactively suggest improvements to existing product experiences.• Collaborate closely with engineering throughout the development cycle to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.• Review implemented features and provide design feedback before release.• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product analytics, and stakeholder inputs.• Maintain design documentation and ensure design decisions are clearly communicated to the team.• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities when making design decisions.What We're Looking For:-• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably working on SaaS, B2B, or technology products.• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.• Experience designing complex workflows and products rather than only marketing websites or landing pages.• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems and reusable components.• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.• Good understanding of responsive design and common web application patterns.• Ability to explain and defend design decisions using user and product context rather than personal preferences.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment with evolving requirements.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.Good to Have:-• Experience designing B2B SaaS / enterprise products.• Experience working with chatbot, conversational AI, automation, or workflow-based products.• Experience with usability testing and user research.• Familiarity with product analytics and using data to inform design decisions.• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development constraints.• Experience building and maintaining a design system from scratch.What Success Looks Like:-• Users can complete key product workflows with minimal friction and confusion.• New features are designed with consistency and scalability in mind.• Product experiences become simpler and more intuitive over time.• Engineering teams have clear, implementation-ready designs.• Design decisions are grounded in user needs, product objectives, and data.• The product maintains a consistent and high-quality visual and interaction language.
