We have a professional automotive R&D process and testing & verification system, to ensure that each product can endure more than 10 years or 260,000 km of use.About the RoleUser research for key markets in the region, focusing on new car users.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research for key markets in the region, focusing on new car users. This includes analyzing trends driven by macro factors such as social, demographic, economic, cultural, psychological, and consumption dynamics, and creating social group maps and user profiles.Manage product research projects for the region, including but not limited to tendering, design planning, on-site execution monitoring, data validation, report revision, and writing.Develop regional user insight reports based on regional user characteristics and needs to guide product development for various market segments.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in sociology, psychology, demography, marketing, economics, applied statistics, anthropology, or related fields.Required SkillsExperience in user research and vehicle-related research.Strong trend insight and social analysis skills, with cross-domain understanding and collaboration abilities.Familiarity with basic automotive construction and principles.Preferred SkillsPrior experience in a research company is preferred.Native Arabic speakers are preferred.Candidates with a driver’s license and at least one year of practical driving experience are preferred.
