Their teams work collaboratively across research, design, technology and delivery to solve complex problems and create better user experiences. Due to continued demand for their services, they are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join the team.THE USER RESEARCHER ROLE:As a User Researcher, you will plan and conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviours and experiences. You’ll select and apply appropriate research methods, analyse data and communicate clear, actionable insights to inform service and product decisions.You’ll design and facilitate usability testing, recruit and engage diverse participant groups, and champion accessibility and inclusive research practices. Working within agile and iterative delivery environments, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure research findings directly influence the development and continuous improvement of services.USER RESEARCHER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Proven experience planning and conducting qualitative and/or quantitative user researchStrong knowledge of a range of user research methods and when to apply themExperience analysing research data and communicating clear insightsExperience designing and conducting usability testingUnderstanding of accessibility and inclusive research practicesExperience working within agile or iterative delivery environmentsAbility to recruit and engage diverse participant groupsFamiliarity with research tools, recording methods and insight reportingExperience around vulnerable users, remediation services, identity or trust would be advantageousTO BE CONSIDERED:Please either apply through this advert or emailing me directly via ryan.baker@searchability.com.
