User Researcher Consultant (SC Eligible)

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow providing a flexi working model (option of remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site visits when required).We are looking for multiple User/UX Researcher Consultants (Mid & Senior level) to join a rapidly growing team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among others).Consultant level budget: up to £55000 + 10% pension + 25 days annual leave (buy or sell up to 5 additional days) + flexi workingSenior Consultant level budget: up to £70000 + disc bonus + 10% pension + 25 days annual leav (buy or sell up to 5 additional days) + flexi workingPrimary skills and experience required:Must be eligible for SC ClearanceHands-on experience of leading user research, using behavioural and attitudinal methods and knowing when to apply them appropriately.Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery and exploration through to design and delivery.Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principlesStrong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile teams where you’ve led the user research and influenced the design of a product or service through the insights you’ve gathered.Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses, assumptions and validate user journeys.Understanding of a range of tools and practices for in-person and remote research.
