Role: User Study Proctor Team LeadLocation: Cupertino, CA/Austin, TX (Onsite)Duration: Full-time PermanentClient has a need of urgent support for User Study Proctor Team Lead in Cupertino and Austin.Must-have: Proctor research experience, prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products, Manager experience, Human Factors Research Background.Tasks performed: Manage & Develop the Proctor Team — Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocolsUphold Data Integrity — Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are metPlan & Execute Research — Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable productsDevelop & Approve Protocols — Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvalsCollect & Analyze Data — Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study resultsCommunicate Findings — Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholdersCollaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively
