Utility Economics Assistant

JOB SUMMARY Calculates adjusted and forecasted rates and accurately uploads in the Global Billing System (GBS) the applicable rates for each customer per plantResearch, gather and collate data and information and assist in analyzing thereof, for rate offers, rate application and other special assignments to be conducted by the Department.Assist in the development of complete and up-to-date template of all Base and Adjusted monthly for all customersAssist in the preparation of all supporting documents to be submitted for regulatory filings and compliance. Organize and maintain a filing system of all the Department’s files, data, documents and other materials Maintain a monitoring system of the rate offers to all potential customers, new contracts and subsequent amendmentsReports to the Department Manager/Pricing Manager/Supervisor any pricing related mattersUndertakes any other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisors, Pricing Managers and/or Department Manager from time to time.QUALIFICATIONSGraduate of BS in Accountancy, Engineering, Economics or other similar coursesOpen to Fresh GraduatesProficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
