Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tamheer Trainee to join our Growth & Development team at NERA. The trainee will support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects and business development initiatives, with a particular focus on emerging aviation technologies, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM), and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM).The role offers hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, business development, and operational planning. The trainee will work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to the successful delivery of key initiatives while developing professional and technical skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate activities between internal and external stakeholders.Prepare accurate and professional meeting minutes.Create high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.Follow up on action plans and project timelines.Organize meetings and manage correspondence.Prepare periodic reports and project tracking dashboards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, Information Systems, or a related field.Recent graduate eligible for the Tamheer program in accordance with the applicable eligibility requirements, should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.No prior professional experience required.Strong academic background and demonstrated interest in project coordination, business development, or emerging technologies.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong ability to prepare meeting minutes and professional reports.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Good command of English, and strong attention to detail.Preferred to have:Knowledge of or interest in drones, unmanned aircraft systems, Unmanned Traffic Management, or Advanced Air Mobility. The applicant must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.
