Applicants can expect to join a team focused on delivering exceptional service and tailored printing solutions to diverse clients.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a UV and Screen Printer based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves operating UV printing and screen printing machines, preparing screens and plates, mixing and matching inks, and setting up materials according to job specifications. The UV and Screen Printer will monitor print runs for quality, perform routine equipment maintenance, and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in the production area. The individual will collaborate with design and production teams to interpret job orders, troubleshoot printing issues, and meet production deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.Qualifications Strong skills in Print Production and Printing, including experience with UV printing equipment and workflows.Proficiency in Screen Printing techniques, including screen preparation, ink application, and curing processes.Understanding of Print Design principles to accurately interpret artwork, layouts, and color requirements.Knowledge of Embroidery processes is an advantage for integrated print and apparel projects.Previous experience in commercial or industrial printing environments, preferably within a multi-service print facility.Ability to read and follow job tickets, technical specifications, and safety guidelines with attention to detail.Good manual dexterity and ability to handle repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a production team.Basic computer literacy for operating printing interfaces and production tracking systems.Relevant vocational training or certification in printing technology, graphics, or a related field is beneficial.
