UX Design System Designer

We’re looking for a UX Design System Designer to join a collaborative UX team focused on building, maintaining, and scaling an enterprise Design System. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating reusable design patterns, improving user experiences, and working closely with Product and Engineering teams.You’ll also have the opportunity to explore how AI can improve design workflows, documentation, and the connection between design and development.What You’ll DoOwn and help evolve the UX Design System, including components, patterns, and guidelinesCreate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designsUse Figma to create scalable and reusable design solutionsPartner with Product Owners, Engineers, and UX team members from concept through implementationWork in an Agile/Scrum environment to define user stories and UX deliverablesCollaborate with developers to make sure designs are practical and easy to implementAdvocate for the user and use UX best practices, research, and business requirements to influence product decisionsBuild and maintain design system documentation and usage guidelinesHelp create consistent experiences across digital products and platformsConduct usability testing, user interviews, and other UX research as neededGather feedback from users and stakeholders and use it to improve designsPresent design concepts and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholdersManage multiple projects and communicate timelines, risks, and project statusLook for opportunities to improve and standardize design workflowsExplore AI-enabled design workflows, including Figma AI, automation, design-to-code, and prompt-based toolsHelp develop AI-ready design practices that improve consistency, documentation, and delivery speedWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of UX/Product Design experienceStrong experience working with Design SystemsAdvanced Figma skillsExperience creating and maintaining component libraries, reusable patterns, and design guidelinesExperience working closely with developers throughout the design and implementation processExperience working in an Agile environmentStrong understanding of UX, interaction design, and user-centered design principlesExperience with responsive, adaptive, and accessible designUnderstanding of qualitative and quantitative UX research methodsExperience with usability testing and user interviewsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to organize complex information into clear user flows, wireframes, and design solutionsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperience quickly iterating designs based on feedback and user testingNative iOS and Android design experienceA portfolio is requiredLinkedIn profile must be included on the resume
