قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجUX Designer - UK Remote Our client is a well-established, product-led organisation currently scaling a major internal digital programme centred on a large property management portfolio. They're looking for a UX-focused Designer to join the delivery team, covering the full design lifecycle from discovery through to delivery. This role is fully remote, open to candidates across the UK, and given the nature of the work, applicants will need to be eligible for SC clearance.What Is In It For You:Salary up to £65,000Fully remote working, UK-wide33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Employer pension contributionLife assuranceLearning and development opportunitiesThe Role:As UX Designer, you'll work within a Property Management Programme, covering the full design lifecycle from discovery and problem definition through to UI delivery, embedded in the project delivery team. Responsibilities include:Conducting research with stakeholders and end users, facilitating problem-framing sessions and translating source requirements into validated problem statements before design beginsProducing wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes aligned to an existing design systemPlanning and running usability testing sessions, analysing behavioural data to iterate on designs and presenting findings to stakeholders and the wider design teamWorking closely with engineering and product colleagues within an agile sprint cadence, while upholding design direction and standardsFacilitating workshops to build shared understanding of user needs across the teamMaintaining traceability between requirements and design output, feeding into a central insight repositoryKey Skills To Be Considered:A strong UX focus - prioritising research, evidence and user validation over purely visual designPractical experience with generative and evaluative research methods (interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing)Confidence translating research findings for non-design stakeholders across business, product and engineeringExperience working with a property management portfolio and analysing complex, regulated environmentsA background within a product-based company is highly desirableComfortable operating within agile, engineering-led delivery structuresStart-up experience is a great to haveA strong portfolio demonstrating relevant case studiesEligibility for SC clearanceThis is a strong opportunity for a UX-focused Designer to make a genuine impact on a large-scale property portfolio programme, within a business with a product-led heritage.Please apply with your most up-to-date CV for consideration and a portfolio showcasing relevant case studies.Bright Purple is an equal opportunities employer: we are proud to work with clients who share our values of diversity and inclusion in our industry.
