We're looking for a UX Researcher to help our teams build a deeper understanding of real user needs, behaviors, and expectations across our products. You'll plan and run hands-on studies—mostly qualitative—and turn what you learn into clear, evidence-based findings that product and design teams can act on.This is a role for someone early in their research career who is strong on craft: designing solid studies, executing them well, and communicating findings clearly. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and more senior researchers, who will partner with you on scoping, prioritization, and connecting insights to product decisions. Key responsibilitiesPlan and conduct researchDesign and run qualitative studies end-to-end: user interviews, usability testing, and surveysSupport quantitative and mixed-method studies alongside more senior researchersRecruit participants, prepare research materials, and manage study logisticsChoose appropriate methods for the question at hand, with guidance on ambiguous or higher-stakes callsTranslate insights into actionSynthesize research findings into clear insights, opportunity areas, and problem statements.Produce concise, readable outputs: summaries, key findings, and supporting evidence.Help connect findings to product and design questions, with support from senior researchers Collaborate cross-functionallyPartner with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to understand research needsAdvocate for the user and share findings in a clear, accessible wayHelp make user insights visible across the team Qualifications2–4 years of research experience, preferably in research agencies or product teams Strong hands-on experience with qualitative research design and executionSolid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesClear, evidence-based written and verbal communication skillsNice to haveExperience working across multiple products or problem spacesFamiliarity with analytics or survey toolsExperience in privacy, security, or trust-sensitive productsExposure to multi-market or cross-cultural researchComfort adapting AI tools into research workflows (e.g. synthesis, transcription, survey analysis)
