UX Researcher

Requirements3-6 years of experience in UX research.Deep expertise in qualitative research methods — including both traditional and modern approaches to recruitment and reporting.Skilled in qualitative analysis techniques such as thematic analysis and affinity mapping, and in producing deliverables like service design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows.Ability to select the right qualitative methods and synthesise timely insights into coherent, actionable deliverables for design, product, business, and technology teams.Expertise in defining research objectives with product, design, brand, and engineering teams to support the entire product lifecycle.Strong understanding of product design processes and emerging technologies.Comfortable collaborating with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners to deliver quality services and experiences.
