They are about trust: what data our users are willing to capture, at what time, and the decision-making behind it. Our user group's time is scarce and their work is confidential. Understanding them takes patience and requires precision.Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.
