Team members work in a collaborative environment that values evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement in user experience.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute end-to-end UX research studies, from scoping and research design to recruitment, data collection, analysis, and reporting.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral observation.Work with advanced research methods and tools, including eye-tracking, biometrics, accessibility audits, and AI-powered analysis.Analyze research data to identify patterns, behavioral insights, and key user pain points.Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for design and product teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, product, engineering, and strategy.Present research findings and insights to clients and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.Support the development of research plans, discussion guides, test protocols, and research reports.Conduct research in an on-site UX lab environment and contribute to a structured, participant-focused research experience.Apply usability principles and accessibility considerations throughout the research process.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Colab's research methodologies, tools, and knowledge base.Requirements3+ years of experience in UX Research, User Research, HCI, or a related field.Strong foundation in Human-Computer Interaction and UX Research, with demonstrated experience applying these disciplines to digital products.Proficiency in user research methods, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.Ability to identify patterns and translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering.Proven ability to plan and conduct end-to-end research studies.Experience presenting research insights to stakeholders and clients.Familiarity with accessibility principles, usability standards, and common UX tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Experience working on government or enterprise projects in the Gulf region is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site lab or remote environment.Location: Riyadh / On-site & Remote Level: Mid-Level
