Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Product Designer – UX/UI & eCommerce.Become part of an international team, thrive in a global group with €800M turnover and 1,000+ clients worldwide, and work in an agile environment designing and optimizing high-impact digital experiences across international markets.Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company.WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles, ideally within eCommerce, marketplace, retail, or digital-first environments.Strong UX and UI design skills, with advanced proficiency in Figma.Proven experience designing customer-facing eCommerce journeys and scalable digital products.Experience with Design Systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).Ability to use data and business metrics such as conversion, engagement, revenue, or task completion to support design decisions.Experience working in international or multi-market environments is highly valued.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and challenge decisions while balancing user, business, and technical needs.Fluent English and strong communication skills.A portfolio demonstrating real digital products, design decisions, and measurable business impact.👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈Design and optimize end-to-end eCommerce user journeys, covering discovery, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase experiences.Transform user and business needs into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.Identify friction points and propose improvements aimed at increasing conversion, engagement, and overall customer experience.Use analytics, experimentation, and user insights to support and measure design decisions.Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and other stakeholders throughout the full design lifecycle.Contribute to the evolution and scalability of an international Design System.Design experiences for multiple countries and markets, balancing global consistency with local customer needs.Challenge existing assumptions and bring new perspectives to improve digital experiences.Ensure design quality and integrity throughout implementation alongside Engineering teams.Document design decisions, experiments, learnings, and measurable outcomes.🚀 WHY US? 🚀Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
