About SCGSCG is a leading ASEAN business group with more than a century of industrial excellence across Cement & Building Materials, Chemicals, Packaging, and International Business.Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to support the design and enhancement of digital platforms, business applications, and user experiences for SCG's business operations in China.The role focuses on understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and improving digital experiences across business systems and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong design capabilities, analytical thinking, and a user-centered approach to deliver functional and visually appealing solutions that support business efficiency and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX) Design & ResearchConduct user research, interviews, and usability assessments to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.Analyze business requirements and user feedback to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences.Develop user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and user flows to guide design decisions.Translate complex business processes into intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.User Interface (UI) Design & PrototypingDesign responsive and visually consistent interfaces for web applications, internal business systems, and other digital platforms.Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma or similar platforms.Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design guidelines to ensure consistency across digital solutions.Apply usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles to deliver effective user experiences.Digital Business Solutions & Process ImprovementCollaborate with business teams to design and enhance digital solutions supporting trading, procurement, logistics, supply chain, and other business operations.Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve system usability, and enhance user productivity.Support the design of dashboards, business applications, and digital interfaces that enable effective information access and decision-making.Ensure proposed designs align with business requirements, technical feasibility, and user expectations.Cross-functional Collaboration & Design ImplementationWork closely with Business Analysts, System Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical design solutions.Communicate design concepts, user flows, and interaction specifications to relevant technical and business teams.Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design consistency and usability.Coordinate with local and regional stakeholders, including teams in China and Thailand, to support digital design initiatives.Usability Testing & Continuous ImprovementPlan and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and identify opportunities for enhancement.Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve digital products and interfaces.Monitor user experience indicators and recommend design improvements based on usability findings.Stay updated on UX/UI trends, emerging design tools, and digital technologies to support continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design, product design, interaction design, or digital interface design.Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.Experience creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, information architecture, and responsive design.Experience developing or maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and practical design solutions.Strong creative thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams.Good command of Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.A portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design capabilities, design processes, and completed projects is required.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing B2B platforms, enterprise applications, internal business systems, or digital business solutions.Familiarity with business processes related to international trading, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or finance.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.Experience designing dashboards, data visualization interfaces, or workflow management systems.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence.Experience working in multinational companies or collaborating with regional digital teams.Knowledge of UX analytics, accessibility guidelines, or design system management.Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging digital design technologies.What We Offer
